It all varies among women. When you're pregnant, your blood volume increases in order to supply your growing baby with nutrients. As the level increases (plasma increases as a higher rate than red blood cells) your vessels begin to open, your heart is pumping more and more blood which can cause you to feel fatigued. Also, your lungs will begin to pump up to 40% more oxygen so you may feel short of breath at times. Your blood pressure will probably be lower the first few months of pregnancy as well but will go back to normal later on. Doctors don't know exactly what causes morning sickness (which can happen at any time of the day) but they think it's the increase in hormone levels. Most of this is experienced in the first trimester and gradually subsides. Best of luck!

you never get exhusted. the mind will shut down if you listen to all the crazy stories of, wanting all kinds of food, back hurting. take note that your body will run strong if you don`t give in to all the junk that other women tell you. I did throw up, I did over eat, I followed what the doctor told me, walked alot and stayed active. I had my child with no problems and was not sick. don`t believe everything you hear. know who you are and what health your body is in before gettingexhausted. you sleep alot and that is the only thing that is true about carring a baby. everything else is !!! you just wanting to be spoiled.

Every person is different. My girlfriend never felt drained during her pregnancy. I started around week 6-7 and it lasted until 14 weeks and started again during my third trimester.

My wife never reached that point (no exhaustion, no nausea) - other than the shortness of breath due to baby pushing into the diaphragm. She was driving all over the place on the day she went into labor.

Depends upon the person. No two pregnancies are the same. Chances are though, it'll happen once you begin gaining significant weight.
