yes you can! my little sister chews while asleep and it is so annoying, it is like she is eating in her sleep.

Yep. Many times I've dreamed that I was eating, and when I woke up my hands were up trying to catch the food in my dreams. And many times I've fell asleep when I was eating chocolate or candy ,not healthy and dangerous but still tasty.

Once I woke up with some grapes in the bed, and I don't even remember getting them. So, I might can eat while I am sleeping.

if you had a feeding tube inserted into your stomach you could hook up to it and take a snooze at the same time! Otherwise, I would suggest you stay awake while food is in your mouth so to not choke on it. course, my daughter fell asleep while eating pizza one time in her high chair, made for a real cute pic to show her boyfriends when I allow her to date! :)

haha, ye just brought back a good memory, i found a guy in a hostel i worked in australia, gnawing a pork chop raw, he was lying with the fridge open sleepin on the ground with the chop in his mouth. feckin hilarious. apparently he only done it when he drank spirits, went sleep eating.

Yes. I saw a show on Maury. Sleep-Eaters. They would sleepwalk and make and eat food. One guy actually cooked mac and cheese and ate it while asleep.
