I did not watch it, but I heard that W&G stop hanging out and lose touch, Will gets married, Grace has a kid, then like 20 years later Will's son and Grace's daughter end up being roommates in college without realizing who their parents are and then W&G get back together that way, through the kids, and all live happily ever after.
