I am going to a christmas concert the first part of december, I have a crimson red dress. I have thought about getting silver and matching them to my bag an jewelry. I however do not want to do to much silver. I have also considered black. I would rather stay away from white. What do you think. Please help me!!!

When you look at yourself in a full length mirror, what do you like about your outfit?
I say this because, if you want to take away from the outfit and show off your accessories, then go for the silver. IF your black shoes are a bit showy, then wear the silver. IF the silver shoes are not as glamorous, then wear them. You have to know what you want to show off and flatter. If your dress is what you want to have focus on, then wear dull black shoes. Avoid to much of on color. If your dress has a lot of detail, wear the simple black shoes. If it is solid or plain, then go for the silver.
I know I leave a lot to your own opinion, but without actually seeing the dress, it is hard to give a true opinion. I pray that God will help you add your natural beauty. Have fun and God Bless!

Can you find crimson shoes to match?
If not would probably have gone with silver, black as a second option.
If it's strappy, the silver won't be over bearing - but then again it will be winter.
I'd have to see the dress. Good Luck.

well, both silver and black match with almost anything, I'd say it depends on what purse and jewlery you're planning on wearing. If you're wearing a lot of silver jewelry then go for black. But if you're only wearing a little, or if its silver and black jewelry then go for the sivler shoes, o, and by the way, you really shouldn't match you're shoes to your purse, it looks tacky, just get somthing that looks good together.

I think you should wear a black dress with a silver or red purse. Yeah, I would stay away from white, too! :)

Black, don't do the matching shoes and bag, that's not in anymore, some people are still stuck doing it but it's not neccessary. Play around, try not to put too much thought into it or it will look too put together.

Black. You can never go wrong with black. Silver shoes sounds somewhat tacky... even though it is for Christmas. I would still suggest going with black, afterall, santas shoes are black too aren't they!
And I agree with lilchicka, wear nude pantyhose... it sounds like a really cute outfit.

I would say black for sure... christmas is in the winter so dark colors are in. I think a red dress and black shoes are perfect!!! Just dont wear black nylons, wear nude.

Silver or gold shoes would be perfect . . . and you need not match your bag a silmple black bag complements any outfit. Have fun!

I woudlnt say silver shoes. I think white would go better than black but either one is fine.

silver will look toooooooo christmasy, you know what I mean? i agree that black would be the best color to go with. You can pair it with some black dangly earrings and a black shawl or cardigan...i also agree to minimize the accessories, just earrings
