u could still try to sue for sexual harrasment....but since u pushed, she now has a case against u. pretty much ur screwed =T..... if they had fired u After u reported it, u still had a case to sue, but now that u pushed hard enough obviously to get fired, she may have a case against u and it'd harder for u to win. u can try if u feel they violated your rights there though

Rather than getting physical, you should have gone to HR and reported her. You gve her a reason to tell on you.
