I have to write a 1500-2000 word report on type 2 diabetes for school. Does anyone know how many pages that will come out to?

If you double space there are 25 lines per page. There are about ten words per line (65 spaces per line with 1" and 1.5" margins) so a typed page double spaced is about 250 words. So, a paper has roughly 4 pages per every thousand words. Then you have to add the Works Cited pages. If you have a lot of quotations and citations it will be longer. And if you have diagrams or pictures then it will be longer, so a 2000 word report could be about 12 pages by the time you have it all finished.

Have fun! And don't wait until the last minute!

If double spaced - about 6-8 pages.

If single spaced - about 3-4 pages.

Use about 250 words per page - double spaced.

As the other poster mentioned - make sure you include a bibliography or list of figures. If you cite sources, include an Endnotes section, or use footnotes. If you were not given a page limit - stick with 6-8 pages plus the other stuff. Ask someone to proofread it for you - do not rely on spellcheck and grammar check. Have fun and enjoy....

Maybe about a good 4 to 5 pages. If you type it right. But you could always start writing it and find out. :)
