If its one of the newer tacho's shaped like a radio cassette then you will have to take it to a tacho centre because it can only be done with a machine and should take about 5mins, if its a standard round tacho that opens with a key then you will see half a white wheel with an arrow pointing the direction to turn it on the lid.

open the tacho head and you will see a white plastic wheel, turn it until the clock on the front shows the required time.

oppen the tacho feel round the outside
edge you will feel a wheel, turn it to change the time
