i'm 39 weeks pregnant, my expected due date is on the 8th of nov, my doctor just checked my baby's position and said that the baby's head is down but it still not too down, i mean it still didn't reach the cervix :(
what will happen if it stayed in that position..??
what can i do to make the baby go further down...?? :(

Don't worry that won't matter much if you ask me. I went to my 39 week check-up and my water broke right there on the table while I was waiting for the doctor to come in to check me. When she checked me my water had obviously broken and she said that I wasn't effaced at all and my baby was still really high. Anyway I was in labor for the rest of the day and had my baby a little after 10pm that night. All Natural!! No C-Section! Epidural YES!!! Also I was expected to be in labor all night long but as soon as I got the epidural I was completely effaced and dialated all the way!! So goodluck!!

It will go down on its own. It could go down tonight for all you know and you could go into labor. You never know. Just because it hasnt reached the cervix yet doesnt really mean much. Good Luck

Most likely when you go into labor the contrax and pushing will bring him down.

it will happen with contractions....you still have time and im sure once you go into labor everything will work out fine. Just wait and see, nature will work itself out :)
