if i own a section of farm land with another family member and we draw up another prperty line then what was orignaly there and i store my equipment on there side witch both agreed apond,what happen if they want to screw me over and take my equipment cause farm equipment comes with no title...what should i do if this happens and who could i contact so i don't lose everything i own..

Most farm equipment will have a reciept or a dealer with a record of the buyer. An informally drawn up property line means nothing unless you filed to subdivide the property in the public records and that doesn't sound like the case. If your equipment has been stolen call the police; if they don't agree it's yours call an atty.

Make up an agreement between both of you naming the equipment and giving you permission to leave said equipment on the other parcel of land by that owner.

Talk with an attorney! I just had to do this for a piece of lake property I co-own with my late wifes sister!!
