(x^2+1)^3(2x+4)^2 / (3x^4+x^3)^2=
=[x^2*(1+1/x^2)]^3*[2x*(1+4/(2x))]^2/[3x^4*(1+1/(3x)]^2=
=x^6(1+1/x^2)^3*(2*x)^2*(1+2/x)^2/[9x^8*[(1+1/(3x)]^2]=
=4*(1+1/x^2)^3*(1+2/x)^2/9/[(1+1/(3x)]^2=
=(4/9)*[(1+1/x^2)^3*(1+2/x)^2/[(1+1/(3x)]^2]= (at x>>1) =4/9
