I just got done running and I feel a little dizzy. I just started running today and i ran for like 8 minutes. I havent ran in like a month so is that normal to feel dizzy?

Yes, if you just started a running routine you will be dizzy. You probably just over exerted yourself, but it's perfectly normal when you start out.

Um, yes & no. Anytime there is a dramitc increase in your blood pressure it can make you dizzy/light headed. However, whether the amount of that increase is within normal range remains to be seen. I would talk to my dr if I were you.

I wouldn't say its "normal" depending on the rate at which you were going. It can be an indication of a low blood count.

no its not. It is a sign of dehydration. drink more water before and after you run

No. It could happen if you're dehydrated. I doubt you are after only 8 minutes. Please check it out.
