I opened your question as I was curious...running fish? Also I needed a good laugh...YOU EITHER DO NOT HAVE A LIFE or you just like to hear yourself type. AND I answered for 2 points, how lame is that? ;)

Well...cosidering your fish dident run away because it doesnt have legs. It couldnt have gotten far. Get another fish. and put a lid on your fish tank.

You need to put up posters, maybe someone has seen it. Also, try calling you local animal shelters and see if it was either picked up or dropped off there.
