I knew i was pregnant before i missed my period...It started with sore...well not really sore boobs more like sensitive and they actually kind of hurt. I noticed my nipples "popped" out. Then one morning i woke up and my face was amazing. It was so clear and soft. Then came the vaginal mucas. It increased alot. Then i noticed the blue veins in my chest, and one from my chin down my neck. So i tested. But it was too soon, so i waited and tested when i was 5 days late and it was pos. i went in and had a blood test done and that also came back pos. But i already knew...:) GOODLUCK!!
By the way i am 7 weeks pregnant and i havent been tired and i havent been sick yet :) so those arent always true....best thing is to wait til you miss and test :)

i am pregnant now, i had sore boobs and sickness before i was even due on. Each individual is different. Missed periods are a good key to pregnancy! The tierdness is a different tiredness you can fall asleep standing up! Being emotional, moody, general monthly cycle symptoms, I aslo find feeling really bloated a sign of pregnancy (well for me anyway)

Not always. With my first 2 girls I didn't get them until later in the pregnancy, however with this one...right away.
You can look out for a missed period and a positive pregnancy test. Early pg symptoms are very much like PMS...it's hard to tell by that alone.

Every woman is different. For me, I remember my breast being swollen, heavy, and sore to touch...that was the first symptom. A month into the pregnancy I started to have morning sickness (throwing up, not limited to the morning). And of course a missed period is a sign of a possible pregnancy.
Here is a link to a list of early-signs of pregnancy:

I experienced sore breasts (at 4 weeks) , acne (at 5 weeks) and morning sickness (almost instantly). Each woman is different though. Some women don't have any symptoms at all except missed periods.

Watch for morning sickness also, that's another first sign. You might not even want to eat at all. Try search engines for pregnancy symptoms and you'll get all kinds of answers.

Not everyone gets all or even ANY of the pregnancy symptoms you hear/read about.
The best thing to look for- a missed period. :-)
