Absolutely - make this trade.

At the halfway mark of the fantasy season, you need to be trading for starters versus stacking your bench. Housh is proving to be the #1 option (or at least 1a) in Cincy and will continue to play a solid WR1/WR2 role on your team. Bulger is not scoring you a point sitting on your bench - it's time to let him go.

Another option would be to trade Bulger and your current #2 WR for someone like Steve Smith, Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne or even Andre Houston. Once again, you want to have an elite group of starters from here forward - leaving you with scrubs on the bench.

You can probably do slightly better than TJ. Target someone who is weak at QB (like, for example, someone who has Hasselbeck). I would also ask why Bulger is your backup? There are probably only a few QBs that should start ahead of him right now. Do you have McNabb or Peyton Manning?

I would go for it if you have a strong starting QB and you need a receiver. I don't see any reason not to.

If he's your backup anyway, go ahead, but why is he backup? Who you starting instead?
