You have a type of malware that has a browser highjacker onboard. This malware will also prevent installation of a new AV or Malware remover tool. I had it happen to me once before and this is how I fixed it.... use the link below to go directly the TrendMicro online virus scan page. The browser highjacker won't allow a click through approach, so you have to do it this way.
This program is the best out there hands down. It catches things that Norton, McAfee and the free AVG type programs miss. Trust me... I know personally.

I would get some antivirus software that I linked below. Either one will work. Get it installed and updated.

Then boot your computer into safe mode by holding F8 when it turns on and then running the Virus Scan that way it will remove all the virus's you have on your computer.

That should fix your issue and then run some spyware protection to get rid of everything.

yeah yeah ...its becus u opened a site which contained a virus and it automatically downloads viruses now
the first thing ui need to do is
download an anti-adware or spyware software
u can get it at lavasoft http://www.lavasoft.com/ (ad-aware)
try removing adware and other spywares which infected ur comp
if it doesnt solve the problem
try using the free vrsn of avg anti virus to remove viruses
norton is crap though
if all these dont work
FORMAT UR C-DRIVE

Do you have an antivirus installed on your computer? If you don't go to www.avast.com. The have a free antivirus program that you can download for free if you are using it for home use.

Which internet browser are you using?

Firefox: Select Tools, Options, general

and then change it.

IE: select "Tools", "Internet Options" and change it.
