Mine was tilted before I got PG. I've had 3 kids and my uterus righted itself when I was PG with my first child. It is no longer tilted (that my doc knows of). I never had any trouble giving birth. 2 out of 3 pregnancies came quickly. I had trouble getting PG with my second child, but I was having irregular periods at the time. As far as I know, I had no problems with my tilted uterus.

At the age of 19 and after only been married for a few months, I miscarried for the first time. A dumb ultrasound technician told me back then that I'd never be able to carry a baby to full term because I had a tilted uterus. I was devestated. Long story short...that guy was dead wrong! I now have four very healthy children and never miscarried again. It was not obviously hard to conceive either, because each time I got pregnant the first month of trying. Good luck and lots of baby dust

My mother has a titled uterus and had absolutely no trouble getting pregnant three times. I would check with your doctor to see if there are any positions that would work best for you.

my sister-in-law was told that by one OB/GYN, and then told by another that it was not the case.
if it is inverted or facing back, then the recommendation is that you have sex from behind (doggie-style) if you're having a hard time conceiving.
whether or not it was true for my sister-in-law, I don't know, but she's got two kids
