i'll probably be lynched for this but i absolutely hate them - they're just crazy!
If all that stuff really happened in one town people would be dropping like flies, manically depressed and killing themselves to escape the madness! :-S

I like Bold And Beautiful and old reruns of Another World I rediscovered Days Of Our Lives and I like my all time favorite General Hospital I used to like All My Children but I do not really care much about it anymore I also kind of like One Life To Live. I keep up with the soaps on Soap Net and I watch Bold and Beautiful on my Lunch Hour. I sometimes take a peak at the Young and The Restless

I like the Soaps on I watch them every weekday I watch The Young and The Restless, All My Children, One Life to Live, and General Hospital. I grew up watching the last 3

soaps can all be classed in the same catagory.....absolute mince.... when eastenders come on the samaritins take a 50% increase in calls , the show is so depressing its untrue , there was a time when soaps were intended to reflect real lives of believeable characters to allow the watching audience to relate to everyday topics and events as displayed on the "mince" however if real life is a reflection of this type of kak then I think we all lead a rather sad existence.

Oh God I hate ALL soaps.....I remember when I used to watch Eastenders..I wouldn't see it for a couple of months then I'd watch it and they'd still be dragging out the same story line....I found out then that they were all the same....gave up watching them!!!

I dislike them big time. Eastenders: Mo goes to doctor three times and doctor asks her: Marry me ! Doctor is young, rich and handsome.. I keep going to see my doctor, nothing happens! how come man...Soaps are not a reflection of real life. think about the finances. Therefore they don't hire different actors but the same one is abused, raped, a victim of domestic violence and goes to prison! Come on! then marries the doctor I forgot to say. What world is this?

The only Soap i ever like was back in 1966 to 1971 & that soap was called "DARK SHADOWS"!!

They can go fuzzy up a gum tree. Nothing noteworthy ever happens except during a sweeps month, and even that's a bit of a stretch.

LOVE the soaps - you don't have to think about anything while watching them and they are totally unrealistic but I still love them - a lot of men I know love them as well.

I like them. I think they're great for stay-at-home Moms and especially the elderly. My Grandma watches them and I'm glad it gives her something to laugh about.
