George Bush, because if he doesn't know he'll tell me right away which will give me the time to think about it a little more and give me half a chance. Billy Boy on the other hand, will slickly beat around the bush (no pun intended) making you think that he is about to come up with the answer until the buzzer sounds. Bill Clinton has the gift of the Gap (No pun intended here either) but not the gift of knowledge. If you think he does, you've been fooled.
