Can you give more detail on the name of the Virus because some anti virus will not pick up certain virus but AVG is one of the best and it is free.But if it is in with virus burst,pest trap go here and download this and install,scan

you can do a online virus scan there is remover tools u can download if the virus cker u got on comp dont del it or u can do a windows restore in safe mode tooonly go back a few days

update and run your virus software. if you don't have any or your subscription has expired download avast at www.avast.com and run that.
