Several ebay buyers and myself are not receiving the items won in auction and the seller is not answering our emails. I have filed a paypal dispute and would like to find out what others are doing to resolve their disputes.

Is there a way to send another member an email? Or other ways to pool our dispute to get better attention from paypal?

thanks!

You can only contact members of ebay that you're in a transaction with (your sellers if you're a buyer and your buyers if you're a seller). You're not allowed to contact random people on ebay, ebay doesn't like that. There's no way to pool your dispute for paypal. If you put in a dispute for paypal you just have to wait and see how it's resolved. If others have put in disputes as well they'll each be individual, but a lot of disputes will hurt a person's paypal account and possibly get it suspended/closed. Good luck with that, I haven't had a lot of luck with paypal disputes, they tend to side with the seller a lot of times even if you're in the right as a buyer.

I see from your other question that you've been sent a tracking number but no item has been received. I doubt that paypal will grant your dispute because all they require from a seller is a tracking number. If the seller provides them with a tracking number, the dispute will likely be found in their favor. I've had that happen to me.

The answerer below me gave you the info to get the contact info of somebody you're in a transaction with. You won't be able to get info of other buyers that your seller has (and has possibly defrauded also). Ebay will only allow you to get contact information of a person you're doing ebay business with, not any ebay member.

There are probably several ways to contact an Ebay member but the quickest way is to see if they are selling items by doing an advance search under the search feature. After you have determined they have an active auction go to that auction and click the ask the seller a question link and then proceed to tell them your reason for contacting them.

I doubt if you are going to get a group response from Paypal. Good Luck.

Once you go to this spot, enter the user's name and then on the left you can 'contact member.' If they don't respond, send an e-mail to the ebay folks. They are pretty good about taking care of such things.
PLEASE BE SURE TO LEAVE NEGATIVE RATING so others won't get stuck with this same problem.
