It depends on the virus that you have on your computer. You could try putting Avast Anivirus on your computer. This program is free for home use and all you have to do it download it online. I did this with my husband's computer and it did take care of the viruses on him computer.

Depends on the virus
Some you can just delete, others you have to kill a service to delete, others you have to not have windows running to delete them.
Check out the Trinity Rescue Kit
trinityhome.org.
You boot the CD, and it has a linux OS that will scan your drives and delete viruses. Its the only sure way to get rid of them. You can also check out BartPE and Winternals ERD Commander 2005.
If all else fails, backup your docs, format and reboot.

download an anti virus programme.. or buy one... then run a Scan( this feature is available on all virus gaurds)... this scan will detect any kid of virus in your system and then it will destroy it..
