5000 to 15000 sqr ft.

Largest commercial listing website. You can do some limited searching for free, more recent listings and more details are avaliable on a subscription basis, however if you contact a commercial Realtor that subscribes...you have to subscribe to list on it as well... they should be able to provide you with an email of current listings available and narrow it down to the type of zoning you are looking for as well.
