I just reconnected with a friend I haven't seen in 20yrs. I've had a huge crush on her since high school. I told her this, and that I value our friendship even more. All the time we spent together years ago, she had no clue about my crush. Now we're just happy to be in touch again. I'm in a long term relationship and she's still getting over a bad breakup.
Seeing how your first love is in a relationship, I wouldn't persue anything other than a friendship at this point.

I know this might be an unpopular answer but if you still love her & shes never lost feelings for you Go for it. If you show an interest she might get rid of her girlfriend because she wants to try again with you.
