I am very cute and have the best makeup hair and earings picked out but i cant come up with an outfit! any suggestions. my earings are silver with blue diamonds. and my makeup is basicly mascara and foundation with lipgloss. but i need help plz!

Well you say your just hanging out with friends but is it casual or semi-casual...? Formal or semi-formal?? It just all depends on all the details, make up and earings have nothing to do with an outfit! Dress what you feel comfortable in and what YOU think makes you look best....!

Where are you going? What is the temperature where you live?
If it's fall like weather, where slim boot cut jeans with a tight tank or camisole under a short jacket. Accessorize with a scarf and hat.
