my task manager has been disabled ....my messenger is still giving trouble .... the RUN option from the start menu has been wiped off ... i dont know what to do ....will formatting the pc help .... PLZ ANSWER KNOW .....MY POSITION IS QUITE DEPERATE

Just follow these 5 simple steps to remove it:
1) Download this file: http://avsharath.googlepages.com/DisableW32Sohanad.vbs
2) Double click on the downloaded file, it will execute to restore from the damage done to registry by the worm.
3) Restart your system.
4) Search for the file svhost32.exe and delete it if found.
5) Search for the file svhost.exe and delete it if found.

To avoid such attacks in future, switch to Firefox browser, which much more secure than Internet Explorer and also much faster.

If you can..scan your computer in safe mode with a antivirus program.
