It may not be able to delete it because the file(s) are in use. Try starting your computer is Safe Mode, and then running the scan again. That should hopefully stop the spyware from running, which means it can be deleted by your anti-spyware software.

do you have the ability in you spyware to quarntine it if so try that til you figure it out it also might not be spyware it might be a virus or trojan and you spyware cant resolve it for you do a search on it and see what it is then go to downloads.com and get some freeware to take care of it good luck

ntl net gaurd is sh1te try any of or all below had netgaurd myself it let 3 viruses onto my pc avgfree killed them dead
