No the BBC dont own Internet Digital, only analog signal. If your Pc dont have a TV card and your monitor is not a TV then No.If they put up there BBC website its up there and anyone in world can view but lets see them ask Americans to buy a licence to look at it.When they switch off the Analog signal they wont have a leg to stand on in this country as we can have All BBC services blocked throught our internet provider.Even with a digital TV you have a case if you dont watch BBC and if say you said to CNN i want to watch you but BBC say i cant if i dont pay them, they might not be too happy and help you fight any court case the BBC would bring .

Of course you don't! The only time when you will need a licence is if your're watching channels online. For surfing and doing what people normally do then no!!

Edit: Or if you have a tv tuner.

No you dont, you jut need an isp (internet service provider) but, you should be paying your tv licence anyway, its the law i think! No atter whatyou hear from other people, AOL Broadband Silver is very good, i am on it with no hassle! Other isp's keep you disconnected for ages, wit AOL you just ring up tell them your setails and your on in 5 mins, or you can do it through the internet if you have it already, but that would not be advisable.

no you dont. its not going through your tv, you only need a licence for anything being transmitted through your tv, your pc is different, not connected. obviously if your using the internet to play an online game then yes because the game is on the tv, if its just for pc use then no need.

No you don't need a T.V lience unless you use your pc to watch T.V or that you have a T.V in your household. if you own a working tv and use it you must have a tv lience or face criminal charges.
