Does it come out in theaters this Friday...?
I doubt too many people have had the chance to see it. I definitely plan to see it though.

It is brilliant. I've been to the cinema close to a hundred times this year, I'm lucky enough to get to go to a load of previews, and this was by far one of the best. Incredibly funny stuff. Even if you weren't a fan of Ali G or Borat on TV, which I'm not, this was amazing. A good mix of using real situations with scripted comedy. I hope it helps launch him globally as very few films are this good.
Some of the best bits are when he doesn't actually have to do anything but the people he is speaking to in the US just come out with the most inappropriate or racist comments. There is a great scene at a Rodeo where he meets an old cowboy who rants about how gay people should be killed, Borat goes on to sing the Kazakstan national anthem (which starts off pro-Bush and anti-Islam and then progresses to inappropriate comments about the US) only to receive boos and jeers from the audience.
Another great scene is with a group of American feminists, who he calls honey and tells them women have small brains. Genius!

I seen an early viewing of it and it is hilarious. Sascha aka Ali G/Borat/Bruno is a comedic mastermind. Borat is a funny movie, but isnt for every type of person. It is for the tolerant and open minded.

26. Prostitutes always look like Julia Roberts or Jamie Lee Curtis. They have expensive clothes and nice apartments but no pimps. They are friendly with the shopkeepers in their neighbourhood who don`t mind at all what the girl does for a living.

I saw a screening of it tonight. It's every bit as good as the hype, and it's absolutely necessary to see it in a crowded theater. The reaction of the audience adds a lot to the movie.
