without decimals.
When you multiply by 10, add on a zero at the end
When you multiply by 100, add on two zeros at the end
with decimals
When you multiply by 10, move all the numbers one space left (or the decimal place right)
When you multiply by 10, move all the numbers two spaces left (or the decimal place two spaces right)
