I heard that doing it on the New moon makes it grow faster. Is that right?

No Brian, I dont mean DO it at night, The moon is still doing whatever it does even in our "daytime", sheeesh.

that is the lore. You cut it at the new moon if you want it to grow, and at the full moon if you want it to grow more slowly. If you like to keep your hair short or as it is, cut it at the full moon. If you want to grow it out, trim it at the new moon.

If you mean you're going to get it cut at night, do it during the full moon. There is more light, so your ears are less likely to get cut off.

It would be the wanning moon!

Check out the Witche's Alminac if you ever get the chance this information is listed in there as well, they sell it at most "big" book stores, Barns & Noble for sure have it....! That is where I buy mine!!!!
