I tried downloading a video to watch and it tells me my bandwidth is below 500 kbps and i can't watch it under optimal conditions. How do i check my bandwidth levels and fix it so I have enough?

Use a site with a bandwidth meter such as:

To increase bandwidth you have to determine what is eating your bandwidth. Either other people on your home network (if you have one) programs in the background like bit-torrent, or spyware. If you are at maximum bandwidth you need to upgrade your service package with your Service Provider. Most people have 2Mbps or 4Mbps.
