Over the last couple of weeks I've been getting tons of automated calls from politicians. We are on the no call list. Doesn't the no call list apply to politicians?

Of course. They wrote the law, so it doesn't apply to them. Political campaigns, charities and companies you've done business with before are all exempt.

I agree. that is totally stressful. I dont have a house telephone, yet I donated quite income the course of the 2004 election to the Kerry marketing campaign, and now they call me all the timeon my cellular...nicely they did. They were nuts too. they might ask for money, and that i'd be like "seem, i quite dont have any more effective money. i'm broke as hell" i quite became and nonetheless am. then that that they had be like "how about only a $50 donationg" i'm like dude...I dont have money for gas and they are like "ok, possibly in basic terms $5". loopy bastards. I informed one which i became going to homicide his relations in the adventure that they call back. I doubt they took me heavily, yet they did surely take me off of notwithstanding list i became on.

Good question. I've gotten lots of political campaign calls too. It's just a recorded message, but it's still annoying.
