what specifically does "processing emails" mean? Sending out emails trying to get people to buy something, then processing the sale if they respond?

Like Judy said, this is what a company sets up to avoid sending out spam themselves. You spam, process orders, and take a percentage.

Be careful, most of these offers are crap.
