I ahve no fashio sense whatsoever. I been reading a few book on dressing and all and some sections say its good to have a womans opinion on the clothes you wear. I got a friend who is willing to go shopping wiht me to help me out it it wierd for a guy to ask a girl to help him shop is it ok to do this? I am gonna do it anyway, but just wanted to know folks thoughts on the question

not wierd at all...my wife goes with me cause I usually pick some dorky lookin crap and she wont be seen with me wearing those...Have at it my friend, a womans opinion is to be highly valued, cause they live their lives in the lastest style....

Yes! Its a great idea. My old roomate had a GF who worked at a clothing store and would always keep an eye out for things that would look good on us. I'm a big guy (6'4" and 250 Lb) and always had trouble finding stuff that looked good and fit.
She was a huge help.

Not wierd at all. I was very flattered recently when my boyfriend asked me to help him shop for clothes. That way, he looks nice for me! Guys usually have absolutely no sense of fashion, and just buy whatever they can grab first cos they usually hate shopping for clothes. And you can still put in your opinions if her choices are not what you would feel comfortable in. Enjoy!

no dude it's not weird or weak it's actually stronger me and my guy friends go shopping all the time and we pick out each others clothes (if ur going to make sure u have the same type of tastes) and it just proves a guy is strong when they can ask for help.

This is not weird, Many people are in this same position. This is a good idea. Also, just say to the sales clerk, what they think about, the outfit. I could see you coming out looking like GQ.
