I think you'll learn more if you try them yourself.
For the addition and subtraction I would write them as numbers on top of each other and use carrying and borrowing rules:

For the multiplication, you would again put them on top of each other and multiply a digit at a time, then add the results.

For the division, I would suggest long division

You know, I thought it would be something I didn't study at all, but this... Well, here is the answer: (Mental Arthmetics)
176+43= 170+30+10+9=219
492-273= 273till300 is 27, then 300 till 400 is 100, then 400 till 492 is 92 = 27+100+92=219
4870-123=use the previous way, the answer is 70+7+800+3,000+800+70= 3,947+800=4,747
136x21=136*22-136= An ancient Egyptian way is:
136*2 @2*2 &
272 @ 4 &
544 @ 8
1088 @ 6 &
add the numbers on the other side of the numbers that equals the other number (22):1088+272+136=1,496*2 ( I think I have have a fault, or why had I to multiply by 2 if not?)= 2,992-136= 2,856
This is by a calculator: 429/3= 143
