If they aren't offering it now, you should see it soon. News is the 3 american manufactuers have an overstock of vehicles sitting at the manufacturing plants, with Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep being in the worst situation with over 2 months of inventory.

You won't find this on any japanese vehicles, which current inventories have them overworked and even people waiting on cars.
