I have a 160gb hard drive which i want to make a single fat32 partition only. How can i do so . I am running WindowsXP Home on my PC

Yeah.... Disk Director is a good choice. It can accomplish this task easily and quickly. But why you need to have fat32 file system? Note that if you have fat32 system you aren't able to have files larger than 4 gigs on your pc.

I knew I should have took note to how much FAT32 will allow to be partitioned. I know there is a limit but I can't remember I doubt it is 150gb though.

Anyways when you install XP it will ask you how big of a space you would like to make. If you already have it installed I would use Partition Magic or something.

I wouldn't make it FAT32 if I were you. I highly suggest using NTFS and not FAT32.

windows partition utility doesn't allow to make more than 32gb partitions, but you can make them using 3d party partition software. for example disk director from acronis.
