What is one thing a woman wants in her man? what is the most important aspect you look for? obviously someone wants someone who attracts them but other than that...

Women want security. This comes in many forms...money, confidence, a big house, etc. But the bottom line is security...she needs to feel that it's a safe place for her to settle down in and raise children.

For me it's honesty. If you an communicate about everything and anything with honesty then you have pretty much everything. When you talk about the physical, for me it's the way a man walks. I can look at a man and determine that he's someone I want to know. You must have a good heart and a good sense of humor. I also prefer men who are strong but yet can be sensitive. A real man does cry.

It's not about sensitivity to our feelings, though they should care about our feelings. It's not about having someone to have fun with, though not be boring. It is about compatability. It's about 2 people knowing when the other needs attention or when they just need some space. It's about being able to talk to someone even if it is about nothing at all but enjoying the time together. The one thing a woman needs is a man who is Compatable.

You know what...I'm probably going to sound really silly when I talk about what I really want in a man......
What I really want is true love and romance....Someone really special that feels the same way about me as I do for them...Someone that I can fall in love over and over with. I want someone that I can fully trust. I want a man that will make me feel safe. And I want to be able to "want" to do everything possible for him.
I'm not really into a man with alot of money to support me. You can have all the money in the world, but it can never buy true love. I'd rather have a relationship where we support EACHOTHER in every way. I want a relationship that will only grow stronger over time....Then maybe someday have a family...

The guys answering this question have a point. We often don't know what we want. Probably because we don't really believe it exists and therefore can't manifest it. Humans are creatures of habit. Most of us probably have a daddy complex, where if daddy was a jerk, that's what we know and what we subconsciously reacreate in our lives. Most men don't know what to do with their daughtars, and the cycle continues endlessly. It's scary really.

As to the women's answers, I think romance and passion are nice. But how realistic is it to expect to live your life in a perpetual courtship. I have friends who've ruined perfectly good relationships because they want to hold on to this illusion.

I want the stability and loyalty of friendship from a man. With that, I think you can work on everything else that might come your way.

First off women don't know what they want in a man. Asking a woman for relationship advice is like asking a loanshark for financial advice.

They will tell you all the same thing about somebody who takes care of my feelings, etc. But what they really want is someone who keeps them excited by acting cocky and funny, and doesn't put up with their bullcrap. They want a MAN.

There are also other women who wants materialistic things in their life eg. expensive jewellery, hand phone, branded watch, big house, big cars and etc. But some extreme women also wants extra men in their life for sexual and financial satisfaction.

Well ... a woman wants romance and fun. She wants someone to sweep her off her feet. But she also wants some one to have fun (go to the movies, go to a theame part, ect) with her.
