I always thought that they dream of something bad like they got killed in their dream and they just never wake up...I could be wrong...

I knew of a young girl who died in her sleep and she was perfectlly healthy so im just wondering how and why that happens...

naw babi u thinkin bout dem nightmare on elm street movies...i think they stop breathin or their heart stops

Wrong:but on the other can't find any prove against it either.
OK:most get hard arrest or such shallow breathing,that the whole system shuts,Heart attacks happen to,and brain hemorrhage.Mayor strokes etc:there are so many ways to go.
