If Anakin is the Chosen One, and he has superhuman reflexes where he can see things before they happen in episode one, what happens to these abilities in episode 2 and 3 when he can't defeat
Dooku or Obi Wan? I thought that he was suppose to be the most powerful of them all.

He just wasn't properly trained. He had the abilities even as a child (remember he was the only human to win the pod racing) but he himself couldn't really tap into them whenever he wanted. He wasn't able to control them whenever he wanted.
After he was taken in by the council, he was properly trained and disciplined, he could kick everyone's a**...but then he went to the dark side.

Good question. My answer would be that he was always confused about his power and was not able to fight to his best of his own abilities. He was either blinded by anger or *********. When he fought Obi Wan in episode three , Obi Wan told him that he had the high ground and could not lose, but Anikan used poor judgment and jumped up anyway . The guys he was fighting were powerful Jedi warriors, and had more experience with the force. The movies kind of showed that Anikan was always battling internal demons , and as we found out the Jedi's were wrong that it was actually Anikans son Luke who was the chosen one, Yoda and all of them were not able to see it, I hoped this helped.

He had all those reflexes as an untrained Jedi- problem was he began his training too late so he may have lost some of his abilities- it's not a question of being the most powerful Jedi- it a question of using the force for good- but in all things human and alien. There is always equal balance between good and evil- cause and effect

And you get stronger with practice. They had more practice.

For what it it worth...I think that he was angry in Episode one and the council brought him back to being calm...If you remember Vader was weak in 4 and 5 but came back in 6. :)

I think his mind was clouded by his arrogance, then by his rage/anger.
