I would think a racist statement has a bigoted perspective, while a racial statement might just point out differences or similarities between races in a respectful way.

A racial statement is a statement about a racial subject or event such as... "Survivor started it's season this year with participants divided into groups according to their race."
A racist statement is a statement made by someone with a racial prejudice such as "Of course, the asians will win Survivor because asians are smarter than blacks, caucasians and spanish Americans."

The Indians noted as Aussie Symonds a monkey. It replaced into noted as a racist fact. i think of it would be extra of a racial remark. Racist statements could be some thing which persons of a undeniable ethnicity make approximately their subculture.

I do, but for some, the presentation may not be as clear as it could be and can easily slide over from racial to racist.
Some are obvious. "Why are [they] so stupid?"
Some are problematic. "Why are [they] unable to excel at school?"
You may have to go the vague specific route. "Is the government doing enough to help all members of our society?"
