Because people are @ssholes. My phone ALWAYS rings as soon as I have food in my mouth or I am in the restroom.

Well, if you're at lunch, you're not supposed to answer the phone.
Unplug it during lunch. Go to your lunch room/break room during lunch; go out with the girls for lunch; go home for lunch; geeze figure it out.
