She personifies unlimited resources and opportunity producing absolutely nothing worth mentioning. Yes, she is not the only one, but she's the one getting the press. She's a symbol of all that is bad with western society.

People tend not to like people who are "famous for being famous". In other words, Paris Hilton never actually did anything to become famous and to have all of this media attention. It just turned into a snowball that has gotten out of control as it rolls downhill. Since Paris Hilton is the most visable example of this, people cannot stand her....especially since she's not a particularly likable person to begin with.

She's just the epitamy of a stereotypical American girl (no offense to ne others lol) - bleach blonde, size minus6, every1 thinks she's a slut cos of that sex video maybe? She's gotten famous cos of her dad and not really doing nething else apart from being a "person". People hate her because she has no talent, she's only famous for her money (which she inherited) and for some horrible show where she is paid to look like a complete dipshit. She wastes everything that is handed to her on a silver platter and used a sex tape to gain even more publicity. Basically, no one loves an attention-whore.

Because she is up front about her snobbery, throwing her money into everyone's eyes with her publicity. She seems to be doing nothing positve with her own life, but airing it out as a celebrity. She is involved with no charitible groups. And face it, any girl who is ALWAYS in the gossip magazines can't be very wonderful. Also she plays the dumb blonde role perfectly, and it gives a negative stereotype for the intelligent blondes...

First of all, she's a spoiled snobby person. She acts and thinks she is not and she can survive on her own and the truth is, she can't because we average people know how hard it is to work our *** off and to pay the bills and it gets very frustrating but she've never delt with that. She's ACTUALLY A REAL DUMB BLONDE. On top of that, she protrays herself as a degrading blonde who sleeps around and steals other people's boyfriends. I don't hate her, I just think she's actually very DEGRADING and I pity her. Along with her voice, she can't sing at all. Yes her studio version is good but when she sings infront of the audience, she can actually sing? No way. The studio changes her voice and makes it sound good when we see it on t.v but that doesn't mean she can sing. People WHO CAN ACTUALLY SING IS WHEN THEY GO ON A TOUR BECAUSE THAT PROVES THEY DONT NEED TO LIP SYNC.
I ACTUALLY PITY HER, SHE'S THE ONE ROLE MODEL GIRLS SHOULDN'T LOOK UP TO.SHES DEGRADING HERSELF.

she makes little girls think its cute to be slutty and stupid... she is famous because of her daddy's money and she is a big hoe... and that just sickens some people... and some people are just jealous bcuz she is hott (in some peoples opinion), rich, and spoiled and she didnt have to do anything to get that way... people hate her cause they wish they had things like she does and looked as good as she does. Probably one of those many reasons...
