When I was 15, I met this guy. He has 25. My mom gave him permission and all this other stuff...we hit it off for a while and things were going good. Until his ex came back in to the picture. I caught him cheating on me several times, then he became abusive. All the while, my best friend was there for me. And although I didn't know it at the time, he was in love with me.
A few months after that guy and I got together, he started hitting me. I couldn't take it anymore. I wanted to leave but I had no where to go. My best friend had such a wonderful life...his dad was the fire cheif, he has a nice house, he was just about to graduate and this really nice girl liked him....alot.
When he seen the situatuion I was in, he dropped out of school immediately, sold everything he owned and moved us to NC to live a happy life together. He sold his PS2, his games, his car....everything. He paid for our way down there, the hotel we stayed in....it was wonderful.
A few days after this happened, my mom threatened to call the cops on my friend for kidnapping me if I didn't go back. He borrowed $700 off of his mom to get us back. He still hasn't paid her back yet...and that was almost 5 years ago.
To this day, Joe and I are still best friends....and he reminds me of his love for me every time we talk.

a few months after my husband and i got married i got a terrible toothache and ended up needing an extraction......after the extraction i came home and i was so hungry and i was craving a hambuger and i know it may seem disgusting to other people but this angel of a man went out and bought me a hambuger and chewed it first to make it soft and then fed it to me.....at that moment i felt something inside me that nothing else has ever been able to equal...i know it seems nasty to some people but that was so beautiful to me

I am having problems in my marriage and this man I have never met leaves me smiles everyday. I think that is THE best thing anyone has done for me.

Being my friend.Helping to make me see who I am.He took my pain and brought me out. He taught me to love myself. He could be a thousand or more miles away and he still stands for me. Now that is beautiful.He taught me what love is.
