If your crafty you could make gifts. Example, You could go get some jars and pour cocoa mix and marsh-mellows in a mason jar. Or all the dry ingredients for chocolate chip cookies in a mason jar. Tie a ribbon around it and all they have to do is add the liquid ingredients.

Buy some cheap arts and crafts stuff and make things this year. If you want to get really creative, also buy some cheap picture frames (or make them with popsicle sticks or some other craft item/s) and add some representations of the receivers' personality on it. This also makes it easier to personalize them.

You could make everyone cookies. I did that a few years ago and it took a long time but it was cheap and everyone loved them. Or you could shop for cute, thoughtful gifts at the dollar store.
