YOu canj ask her or go down to your county courthouse and have a records search done. If you werent notified by a court, then it probably sis not happen. Depending on the laws in your state, you may be liable for any debts she has incurred since you were married, including your separation time, since you never legally filed. Be a resonsible person, protect yourself, and go file for divorce.

Sure. Just go to the state and county that she would have filed for a divorce and you can find it listed under your name or hers. If you don't know what state or county she would have filed for the divorce it could be more difficult, but it should be listed under your name regardless. I know my divorce is listed under the state and county files, which are public record, so don't pay someone to find out for you.

I'm not sure about legal separation, but if Divorce has been filed, you will be served papers.

type in your state and go to public record. I found me and my husband and it said we were married and when. So I am sure divorce records should be there also?
