I beleive the "Merrell Chameleon II" is the Model name. The "Ventilator Mid Dark Grey" is the description of the product. You need to look at the packaging for the part /product number. All products have a UPC on the package some where. If you need more info then go back to the store where you bought and they can look it up for you.

This is a mid height walking/hiking shoe. Merrell is the manufacturer. "Chameleon II" is the model (family), and since different versions low and mid height, men's and women's and Gore Tex further detail is supplied by the "Mid", which refers to the height. The "Dark Grey" refers to the the colour.
