Horologist or Chronometrophile.

Horologist seems to be the favourite in the English Speaking countries of America and England. Although this can also refer to watch makers. Having said that I would imagine that most watch collectors are either professional, ammatear or hobbiest watch makers or repairers as well. Many would agree that there is little point in collecting watches and clocks if you aren't going to keep them working.

Chronometrophiles is a swiss term (and lets face it they are the grandfathers [no pun intended] of watch making) so could be the most proper.

I would imagine any watch collector would be proud to refer to themselves either as a Horologist or a Chronometrophile.
