I don't desire a perfect person. There is nothing I would change about my husband. We don't always see eye to eye but that is what makes us the way we are. We open each others eyes to different things. Perfect is just to boring. You would grow tiresome soon enough and want exciting.

There is a certain beauty in imperfection. Everybody has their own idea of what a perfect person would be like for themselves. In today's society, the media rules everything... down to what we should eat, how we should dress, and what we should look like. Everyone who does not conform then becomes an outsider. There is no such thing as a "perfect person," but there is such a thing as "A perfect person for me." Usually it's based on social reform... and everything else that invades our sense all day long. We form perceptions based on what is in front of us.

Most people want a perfect mate since it is something inaccessible. On the other hand, I believe people don't really wait for the perfect mate because if they did, they would remain alone for the rest of their lives.

let's take a look at our version of perfectness..ur version of a perfect person could be totally different from my version of a perfect person..but either way we (most of us) do want a person whom we think is perfect for us..but why do we want a perfect person?? simple..it's security..we want to feel safe and secure and to be totally at peace when we are with that sumone..it's sumthing that each and everyone of us want in our lifetime..that's why we keep looking for that perfect person eventhough we know no one is 100% perfect in any way at all..we actually look for the specific criteria(s) in that person..sum ppl want a person with a lot of love to give while others look for a person with a huge bank account..either way..if a person has the criteria(s) u'r looking for then he/she is perfect to u..so..it's simple really..when a person tells u he/she is looking for that perfect person, what he/she really meant is he/she is looking for a person that meets his/her version of perfectness..
