Honkey's became crackers at the same time wet back turned into beaner. there is always more than one thing to call someone, but I wouldn't call anybody any racist names because if I did then I'd be killed.................... the actual word cracker came from florida as in "florida cracker" from when they were clearing the lands to make way for houses they would use whips to scare and clear the gators.
